raspberry crumbleOh why did I wait so long to make these? I’ve had the recipe bookmarked for ages. They are as easy and delicious as the hundreds of comments promised they would be.

We may not have citrus fruit or figs here in Alberta, but we do have a luscious assortment of berries. This recipe would be a perfect way to use any berry you have a glut of. It also uses a variety of ingredients I buy in bulk, making these very economical. The bars pictured above are raspberry. I plan to try honeyberry, cherry and blueberry throughout the season.
